      Remote work, sometimes we have fun gatherings but not everyone is invited to attend

      Cons

      Poverty wages, micromanaging supervisors, certain teams are left out of gatherings and get togethers. Raises only occur when mandated by law. No development. No chance for advancement. Management pries to find out who penned anonymous surveys. Commission structure has remained exactly the same my entire career at Audacy. If you’re good at your job you’re just expected to take on more duties and responsibilities without any change in pay.
