Pros
Sign on bonus 10k. Great colleagues to work with. Manager easy to communicate with. Great discounts for patients. Working with best technology.
Cons
Difficult to make commission. 5K roughly. Best to negotiate higher salary given commission is difficult to attain. Commission structure is also not the best in TN state. Check your states structure before signing. Lots of TPA/TPRN Insurance patients.
