      Pros

      Really quick applied online one day, had an interview the next day and came in the next day for paperwork then day after was my first day. They throw you in the deep end and its exactly what I needed. They push you to work your hardest and I loved it there they helped me so much and treated me like family and the business trips were so much fun! They also gave me more confidence in talking to people and I'm no longer so shy and awkward never met a nicer/more awesome bunch of people

      Cons

      Travelling was expensive but they helped me out with it because they knew I'd earn it back with work It is performance based but there is a lot of money in it and if you reach your goals you get to leadership then higher Totally worth it

      Pros

      I've been working within the company since the beginning of the year. I train & manage a sales team, create events and use a range of marketing strategies to make our clients successful, manage campaigns two clients on a direct basis consistently building their brand awareness. And in regards to salary I earn around 18K as trainee account manager.

      Cons

      Business booms so much, there's not enough hours in the day with the amount of clients that are wanting to work with us. The smart attire that is worn within the business.

      Quick progression- I started in the company 10 months ago and I have already developed a team of 6 people. Quarterly networking sessions around the country with top marketing professionals. Bonuses and incentives such as cash prizez, trips abroad to other offices and invitation only Managing Director dinners. Fun working environment with like-minded, driven individuals. Opportunity to earn more through competitions and weekly awards. If you work hard in this company you will get to where you want to be with the support of the Managing Director, fellow colleagues and the HR and admin team.

      Cons

      Sometimes meetings overrun so we can be in the office a little later. Limited parking on site
