Pros

I've been working within the company since the beginning of the year. I train & manage a sales team, create events and use a range of marketing strategies to make our clients successful, manage campaigns two clients on a direct basis consistently building their brand awareness. And in regards to salary I earn around 18K as trainee account manager.

Cons

Business booms so much, there's not enough hours in the day with the amount of clients that are wanting to work with us. The smart attire that is worn within the business.

Pros

-If you work hard you can earn a great salary and you can quickly progress in the company. This company does not discriminate on age so no matter how young or old, you are able to progress. -I was able to manage a team of 5 people which was new experience for me at the age of 23 and this taught me some valuable lessons. -Great working atmosphere - the company relies on you networking and socialising with many people in the business, making it a very social job and all the people i spent time with were friendly and keen to offer advice.

Cons

-I was required to work on saturdays which was hard at the beginning because i haven't done this until now, but this got easier with time. -Very social job so unless you have had previous experience in this industry, the first few days may feel a little strange, but the people will help you to fit in.

Pros

The environment is fantastic, being at Augumentum Promotions as changed me, I have grown as a businesswoman and as a person. It is one of the greatest opportunities I have ever come across. The people are absolutely amazing and caring. I have become so much stronger

Cons

I honestly can't think of any. If you don't find this a great opportunity is just because you are not looking at it from the right angle. If you feel like you're putting in too many hours or not getting paid enough all you have to do is realise that success is sweet but it has a scent of sweat about it. Those who work hard and apply what they have been teached progress fast and furiously, there's no reason to complain.
