      Pros

      Aumcore offers personalized training that is extremely beneficial for employees in nearly all digital fields. The fairly small size of the company allows for a great opportunity to contribute to projects on a high level from the very beginning. Hard work is frequently recognized by the upper management and continuous efforts are rewarded well. I am very happy and thankful for the opportunities Aumcore has presented in my life!

      Cons

      Glassdoor requires text in the "Cons" field... So I suppose I can say the Work/Life balance can be improved at times.

      Pros

      - Great environment full of co-workers that want you to succeed on all levels. - Management does a really good job when training employee skill sets. - Good interpersonal relations between workers makes for a really nice atmosphere. - They give you multiple opportunities to expand your potential.

      Cons

      - No real cons. Workers should have an understanding of their time management skills and build off them; The work load can be heavy at times.
