Everchanging...for the worse?

Pros

Nice colleagues who are friendly and make the stay in AGS positive. Subsidiary of parent company AusGroup Limited, a listed company in Singapore.

Cons

Unless you are sure you can thrive in an ever-changing, systemless environment, this place is not for you. GMs change every 2 years, direction changes as well. Recent new management has caused a lot of unhappy feedback from employees. Changes to company transport routes provide employees with new buses but additional cost to their pockets, controlled overtime, lack of uniforms for shopfloor employees etc... the list goes on. No one walks the talk - posters on company values are everywhere but we don't see it in the company. There is no proper system in the company, work procedures are a mess and becoming even messier with the new style of management - Micromanagement. There are at least 10 employees who leave the company every month.

Pros

The system imposed is quite flexible depending on location.

Cons

poor management is a norm with little in way of common sense.
