      Good people but low pay and unrealistic standards

      Good people but only in sydney and melbourne

      Cons

      Low pay, only top 1% actually earn anything with unrealistic standards. Most people earn nothing for what is a really bad job. They will tell you it will only be 12-18 months for promotion. It's really 2 years and you need to be top 1%
