      A few dedicated staff still trying to make a difference despite the chaos.

      Cons

      Constant leadership turnover, no accountability, toxic culture, and zero care for staff wellbeing. Management continues to ignore feedback, chase buzzwords, and sweep real issues under the rug. Every year brings a “new direction” that leads nowhere.
