Pros

Frontline staff and clients are great

Cons

Senior and executive management are AWFUL. Budget is all they care about and they treat their frontline teams terribly with unrealistic expectations. I was forced to do continuous unpaid overtime

Pros

Helping people with disability enrich their lives

Cons

Not a great company. They take money from clients to spend on management salaries. Senior management have no real understanding of how to help people with a disability. There is more interest in monetising so the company can look more professional
