I've been with the organization for the past 8 years and have had the opportunity to grow alongside it. During this time, I helped build products with a small team and eventually scaled the function into a multi-product development organization.
My role and responsibilities have evolved significantly over the years. The company has consistently recognized my contributions through promotions and regular compensation revisions that kept pace with industry standards.
One of the things I value most is the work culture. The technology team enjoys a high degree of flexibility—remote work for execution-focused roles and a hybrid setup for strategic leadership positions. The environment is built on trust rather than micromanagement.
Our HR practices have also matured considerably, especially over the last couple of years. In fact, many people are surprised when I tell them that we moved away from mandatory office-hour requirements and no longer enforce a strict 9-hour office presence.
Another big positive is the support from my HR Business Partner, who handles most team-related concerns independently. That allows me to focus my energy on execution, delivery, and building the business rather than getting caught up in administrative issues.
The organization has also been proactive in adopting new technologies and tools. For example, we now have Claude subscriptions available for teams, making it easier to experiment with AI and improve productivity across functions.
Overall, it's been a rewarding journey where I've been able to grow professionally, build teams and products, and work in an environment that values flexibility, ownership, and continuous improvement.
