      Poor management - Hostile HR Department

      Casual Environment Free Lunch Friday Flexible schedule for some

      Cons

      -Below average pay -Management style is to not manage -Asks for input then "lets you go" if that input is not positive -little room for advancement outside the customer service department -Expects employees to follow procedures to a "T" but management is not expected to do the same -Constant restructuring -Advancement has less to do with skills and loyalty and more to do with how much you are liked

You’re correct in that we’ve had to restructure to meet the rapid growth of our business, but we’re disappointed that it wasn’t beneficial to your work experience.       Most unstable company I've ever worked for. If you like executive butt kissing and fear tactics, this is the place for you.

      Frustrating and Dishonest Company

      Co-workers were great (with the exception of upper management roles) Great location Great learning experience

      Cons

      Upper management has no appreciation for the employees who actually do their job and often lies to employees about what issues truly exist. There seems to be a new issue or hurdle every week for the company. The CEO is NOT a trustworthy person, to put it nicely. CEO will fire any upper management that doesn't agree with him, so upper management can only do so much to help employees. HR is a joke. Seems like all upper management/HR makes up the rules as they go. Getting appropriate compensation is a huge struggle. Any place is better to work than this place. This is a very dishonest company.

      Thank you for your suggestions. We're always striving to develop better lines of communication for sharing employee concerns. As we become more skilled at the agile process we've implemented, we firmly believe that overcoming hurdles will become easier.
