If you're seeking an organization which is growing rapidly with great potential, this is the place for you. Although a small company, you'll feel right at home if a big box type environment is what you desire. Many within leadership are tenured with years of experience from Fortune 500 brands.
Cons
Unfortunately the big box feel doesn't bring with it the benefits or compensation of most organizations who have brand recognition. Vacation, pay and healthcare are lagging at the moment.
