      Terrible place to work....OVER WORK, UNDER PAID and NO APPRECIATION whatsoever!!

      Pros

      It was close to my home. Just 5 min away. Casual dress.

      Cons

      Horrible management!! Never any appreciation, only constant criticism. All the equipment was always in need of repair nothing ever worked properly. VERY reactive, NOT at all proactive. Always putting out fires instead of fixing the probelms they just patched everything up. Very poor communication and management.

      Fun at times - some good people - OK benefits - give internal workers opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Terrible management - Senior operations staff is all home grown and only in their jobs due to blind loyalty from the owners. VP of HR is a awful - turns her department over every 1.5 years. If you work in HR stay away

      It's a job in the most simplistic sense of the word.

      Cons

      No organization,. Come to work, 1/2 hour later, sent home. Next week usually on Thursday mandatory overtime for the next 5-6 days. No notice at all, then back to being sent home. Must complete 750 hrs to be considered passed probation. Promotions based on how brown your nose is, not ability or knowledge. One of the worst places I've ever worked.
