      Pros

      It is easy work that does not require much. The regulars that come to the carwash can be very friendly and the employees do a good job of staying social with eachother

      Cons

      Boring. Press a few buttons and make sure everything is clean and prepared. Other than that, leave and issues that are not dealt with up to management because that is what they tell you to.

      Pros

      -Easy job to learn -Most customers are friendly in interactions -Opportunities for pay raises if you prove yourself as a capable worker -Opportunity to work extra hours if desired

      Cons

      -Schedule can be inflexible at times due to the lean working staff and nature of the business -Schedule can change drastically from week-to-week depending on certain circumstances -On rare occasion, you have to deal with rude customers -Being a retail job, do not expect to have weekends free -Being weather-based, you can lose hours due to rain, snow, or other forms of precipitation -Ultimately not much room for advancement -Pay cap is at $8.25 for part-timers/full-timers
