Some of the good things about this place -easy promotion -no experience required

Cons

Things to beware of are that since the company has lots of very juniored people all around they have trouble sticking to process, parking is far away and I was asked to bring in a doctors note when I have a handicap state issued pass

It's been a wild six months since November here at AutoHero. I started in November and have been working on HR policies and procedures to make things better. Yes we're a start-up and we're growing rapidly. With rapid growth comes changes. We've been great and not-so-great while we expand. We're working on a culture of respect. Pros

Was my first time at a tech/scale up company and it was fun working with a lot of young and motivated people. Building something new.

Cons

Quality, sustainability, it all didn`t matter. It was just blowing proportions and burning through people.
