Cons
Product: Consistently unstable performance of platform resulting in very low customer satisfaction and retention. Overly complex and under delivered. People: Toxic culture. Sales leadership was unqualified and ineffective. Not enough qualified technical pre-sales help. Lower tier technical staff was very difficult to get assistance from due to low morale, poor communication, zero teamwork and no enthusiasm. Process: To start there was no process, zero. Later attempts at implementation failed due to high turnover. Management not wiling to invest in adequate and basic office technology necessary to support an effective sales effort.
