Pros
I can’t really think of any pros at this place apart from the stationary cupboard I guess
Cons
The location is dreadful middle of nowhere. If your car breaks down you basically can’t get into work. The managers are all so unorganised and very cliquey and have favourites. There’s no progression or pay rise because the company is so small, they can’t afford it. There are some staff within the company who I’ve witnessed bullying junior staff, and they think it’s okay because it’s just the culture. There’s a high turn over of staff despite it being such a small company because of the horrible environment sadly
