      1. Good location. Its at the suburb and away from the city centre and thus,less traffic congestion. 2. Some flexi hours provided if you are on a late call.

      Cons

      1. Lack of or virtually no career growth and opportunity within the organization 2. Micro managing from Senior management and very little support to the remote site here 3. Employee benefits such as annual leave was reduced back in the 2009 economic crisis was never restated back
