Upper Management lacks in consistent communication with Central Station Supervisors, leaving them in the dark. They terminate operators and lower management without valid cause. Their Quality Assurance tool is used to scare operators into performing like mindless robots and to erase any sense of customer service.

There are too many to name. The management is the worst I have ever experienced. Scheduling is a disaster. Leadership and HR is corrupt, gossipy. Childish. The work itself should be enough to stay away entirely. You'll have to work holidays, weekends, and be severely punished for missing a day or even being one minute tardy. HR is never helpful and I have heard them talk poorly about the employees. They are SO rude. Incredibly unprofessional. Training is rushed and stressful. Absolute lack of diversity and inclusion. NO work life balance. NO regard or care for mental health. Literally every step of the way, this is a disaster.
