Pros

There was a time when working at Avanti meant something, we had some of the most talented & polished people. Avanti was known as a great place to build a solid career and you were treated with respect.

Cons

CEO could care less about the employees, he only cares about himself.

Pros

Worked with a lot of great team members, met a lot of great customers.

Cons

Don't expect any help from management when coming up to speed; the turnover is so high, there are few on staff that know the inner workings of the software because guides are outdated or don't exist. Employee evaluations are mostly subjective. Expect COLA raises to annual base pay, or nothing.
