Friendly and helpful people and pretty good work culture International but also a good amount of Dutch colleagues Free lunch Complimentary NS Business Card for work and personal (free public transport including OV fiets, 2 max) Commute very public transport-friendly Hybrid work Company mission in sustainability
Cons
Hybrid work policy is changing (and not for the better) Many individuals don't really care about sustainability Commute to work if you live outside Amsterdam requires transfer to metro from Sloterdijk to Isolatorweg Insurance and no sports incentives unless you join the bigger company sports groups Putting in extra hours for not much greater benefit; you really have to advocate for better WLB
