      - Fun, energetic place to work - Truly great people all round.. sharp, tremendously talented and genuinely good to be around - Free (and very nice!) lunch every day - Lovely London office - Frequent team dinners and outings

      Cons

      - Big decisions from senior leadership often felt arbitrary. Clueless when it came to product and strategy, with no clear vision, no coherent roadmap, and no real sense of ownership over the direction of product. Scope was rarely defined upfront, which made it nearly impossible to build with any kind of focus or intention.

      The team at Avara is truly world-class, humble, and always open to new ideas. There's a strong culture of collaboration where everyone's is heard. Compensation is competitive, and there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow, especially with new tech stacks and challenges. The company has huge potential in a fast-moving space.

      Cons

      Like any high-growth environment, priorities can shift quickly. Some processes are still being figured out, but that’s expected in a company scaling this fast.
