Pros
- Most employees are awesome to work with, and are driven by a passion to help people - Compensation is behind market but not horrible for the area - Flexible time off is amazing - At the end of the day, the company has a proven record of saving lives. That’s a powerful motivator
Cons
- Could pay more - Leadership is sorely lacking any sense of direction, reactionary might be underselling it - For a company of its size and maturity it too frequently emulates the chaotic whiplash of a startup
