      Good company w/ good potential to self-development

      Pros

      - Mostly of the projects are from abroad so you gonna practice your english on daily basis as also maybe have opportunity to travel in some cases. - Friendly work environment, nice folks willing to deliver and help, opportunities to learn new things. - No micro-management, flex time in some ways as also chance to be remote or at least have days of remote work during your journey.

      Cons

      Well, there is no perfect place so I would say it doesn't have really bad points but things to improve such as more flexibility to change projects, also have empathy for the employment before do something that might compromise what he/she wants and expose before.

      Pros

      Really nice co-workers, everybody willing to help you - Mostly of the projects are international so you have English on daily basis and opportunity to travel abroad - Mostly of the projects w/ good and up to date stacks - Fun environment w/ games, fruits and company parties - Flexibility on work from home as also time that works best for you

      Cons

      - Some leaders were technically good but who do not have management skills, which is really bad for the employee/company - Start-up small problems (There is no place perfect)

      Great opportunities to learn Challenging projects Paid Certifications Infinite access to learning resources Great collaboration People not in the management arre really collaborative and fun to work with

      Cons

      Internal projects are self organised and chaotic You will feel like a number when interacting with higher management Recently the company got restructured and a lot changed and will make you feel that profits is way more important than employees and individuals
