      Pros

      There's not a lot of work so there's good work life balance. This doesn't mean you learn nothing. You learn a lot, especially in the complicated processes, but all of this is non-transferable knowledge.

      Cons

      Salary and promotion opportunities. I'm shocked at how badly this place pays. They offer you a high salary to make you jump over, but salary increases after that is 5% per year. Management is stubborn as well, only prefer people to do things their way. Different treatment between colleagues in different areas. Due to the complexity, there is high turnover around here and a shortage of staff in some departments so many managers are only managers in title only.
