- The CEO needs to be replaced by a veteran with a successful track record. His leadership has led to dismal company results and thus no credibility with Wall Street as seen by the companies extremely low market value. Chuck K. has recently been brought back in an unknown role so maybe some big shakeups are being planned.
- C level and Board in early 2014 made the foolish and short-sighted decision to layoff the entire Santa Clara design engineering staff and replace them with overseas staff. This decision has also affected the general morale in other departments and resulted in other folks leaving.
- C level and Board members need to be replaced. They are extremely overpaid and have a history of bad decisions and constantly reward themselves with free stock regardless of the company's performance. With their free stock options they have no real incentive to improve the company and just continue to sell their stock with no history of ever buying,
- There have been no salary increases for the last 5 years (unless you are C level, then the money continues to flow), so be sure and negotiate for the highest possible when hired.
