Great colleagues, great management, interesting industry, challenging work, good benefits. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Turnover was very low because of the pros previously mentioned.
Cons
I do not really have much negative to say about this company. If anything it could be that it is not so easy to move up in a relatively small company like this.
