      Open communication channels - up chain, down chain, and laterally Engaging work - leading edge cyber engineering and implementation of cyber governance practices and policies Cohesive team - culture of respect and trust throughout Interesting and diverse client base - federal, commercial, defense, intel - there are broad opportunities regardless of where in cyber you feel comfortable
