- The company is made up of smart, inquisitive and enthusiastic people, which maintains a stimulating and inclusive atmosphere. - There are excellent employee benefits and a weekly team lunch every Friday where each employee takes it in turn to select a local cuisine in vibrant East London. - The company does not uphold a 'cult of culture' and encourages the team to uphold a healthy work/life balance - something that is so often rare in Ad Tech as I have known it to date! - The C-suite are open and always make time for idea sharing since they are very receptive to feedback - another trait of the company that I have found to be rare!
