Pros
Definitely the best employer I've had so far. There are so many things which make Truedash a great place to work: - Option to work remotely, but also on-site in London - Relaxed atmosphere, working hours which are not fixed - Great senior management - good guys in essence, easy to get along with and communicate - Open for new ideas and for using new tools in workflow - Great compensation
Cons
- Workflow still needs some improvements - we still haven't found project management tool that fits which sometimes affects our efficiency in work - Working remotely is not everyone's cup of tea
