- Amazing work / talented designers, strategists, etc. - Good perks when I worked there. Free shift drink at a company restaurant and discounts. Frequent sponsored happy hours. - Laid back atmosphere - (Mostly) nice and helpful colleagues
Cons
- Financially mismanaged. Vendors upset. Bills unpaid. Trouble with the government / taxes. - Operationally mismanaged. Not sure how they've become so successful when they clearly don't know how to run a business properly. - Management mismanaged. Supervisors don't know how to properly lead, give feedback, or give you direction related to your own job / career, etc. - Barely any room to grow - Partners come up with crazy ideas and pet projects, get distracted by them and don't focus on running the company as a whole
