Was hired for a role and the job was changed to a completely different position without any indication. Large focus on the negative, low company morale. Unrealistic expectations, and a lack of professionalism. Unskilled workers with family connections promoted and praised for work they don't do. Stressful environment, no pay raises, departments limited by a non existent budget, unhappy staff for the most part with no social events or sense of togetherness.
