racial behaviour right from Top. only if you are friends with managers you prosper else Good luck. Too many bossy people around who like to dictate . No care for employees specially if you don't speak a particular dialect. All management folks are close friends and relatives and waste from banks. Survival and Politics is their only plan and how to bring others down . if you are in their group you get super care and bonus rest, dont get any rewards. many managers don't work and just come to office for parties Left firm at right time as now situation far worse after Takeover . Many people sacked without reason . Too many dirty and inappropriate things happen behind closs doors Look for better company and have a good life and happy .
