      The only con I have is I wish they paid more.

      Pros

      The work is pretty easy,just making a lot of calls. Most times you're leaving voicemails. Most supervisors are great and will help when they can. Set work hours, and no weekends. Work from home.!!

      Cons

      Pay is terrible.!!! Projects can change without notice and little training if it happens. No holiday pay ever.! No paid time off. No insurance, no overtime and no chance of moving up. Don't get pay raises.

      some flexability if you need off, they do ask you to make up the hours, remote work from home.

      Cons

      low pay, no annual or sick leave and benefits are expensive.
