      Pros

      * Friendly people (most of them) * Good for beginners

      Cons

      * Heavy work load. Expect one person to do everything. * No recognition for what you do. Always try to undervalue your work by saying 'this is a small thing, anyone can do it. Don't need special skills'. * Very low salary comparing to outside. * Difficult to get promoted. Company does not have a proper career progression path for staff. * Your educational background is useless for the company. No recognition for additional qualifications you get during employment. Company does not encourage to get additional qualifications as well. * A lot work did inhouse are getting outsourced to certain companies, which is a bit suspicious.

      Good to learn BMS knowledge

      Cons

      Poor management, understaffed, expect to be be dragged off with 2-3 projects as a fresh grad forcing you to fend yourself at site, poor communication between contractors side making life difficult. Management will just laugh it off on younger junior executive difficulties.

      Pros

      Good welfare benefit for staffs. Annual bonus and company trips has been consistent. Salary increments is neither low nor high but consistent.

      Cons

      Has no plans for employees future. Each man for his own culture. No experience nor certificates needed for job positions/promotions.
