      Pros

      Being in marketing field I was given very good freedom to bring my ideas to reality. Full team helped in brainstorming ideas for new to be launched product funded by Azim Capital. Very picky with what goes live. Good support

      Cons

      Delay to achieve perfection causes further delay. They do not follow any business rules complete unusual practices which sometimes surprises employees.

      Some very nice people work here. They appreciate your efforts and ethical top management. One of the best companies I work for so far in my career. Profit sharing at end of year is good

      Adding new team member is long process here. Extensive background check. Have to submit references of every job you worked.
