Work culture and company were terrible. Inconsistent with everything from days off to what is expected from employees. Managers were entitled and didn't work well together as a team

At least they paid me, but below a rate that is competitive.

Cons

I dedicated a sizable part of my career as a workaholic. I was scapegoated. Looking back, I'm glad I left--it was not a good job, I was underpaid, and not respected. It is not a healthy environment to work in. The culture is morally deficient.
