They have a huge disorder and a lack of knowledge of agile methodologies, the spring is changed daily, as well as the priorities, I think this may vary in the team you are in, but from what I saw the scrum is not used correctly and it becomes a toxic environment where you are always behind. Also you are required to register the hours you worked, but it is forbidden to register more than the 8 hours, they tell you that you will never work more than your 8 hours but is a lie, so there are several hours that you are going to work that you are not going to get paid for.
