Lots of things to learn Exposed to many areas of the industry Multi skill training Travel to Austria for training (4 months initial. Few weeks yearly for updates/training) Family like company Part of ABB

Cons

Not really popular in south east asia yet. Many new products coming out, surge of things to learn

Great work environment; not micormanaging & political Flexibility Executives are approachable, not difficult to work with, and care about employees Good benefits compared to most companies Great products and services Excellent in-house training programs

Cons

Pay is fair, but could be better Dental should have a higher rate subsidized by company 401k could be better with company matching higher amount Need better structure for growth opportunity Would like opportunity to partially work from home
