      Great management, wonderful working environment, everyone is very supportive and respects one another, good pay, very inclusive (there is no bias here).

      Cons

      The only drawback is the benefits are a little below normal, but those are improving.

      Pros

      Work is related to cyber security. There are established methods but also room to provide innovations. A remote work environment with occasional travel related to assigned cases. All leadership team is approachable and lines of communication are always open. Assigned cases provide opportunities to speak to clients spread throughout the nation.

      Cons

      Stating this for awareness - must be able to travel for work. I did appreciate this aspect of the job and this can also be a Pro for those that enjoy traveling.
