Pros

They offer a variety of fun side activities, but you don't have time to leave your desk and enjoy anything. "Unlimited" vacation, but good luck enjoying your time off because when you come back you will be overwhelmed and have fallen way behind on your work. Your work will not be distributed and handled while you're away unless you're your supervisor's favorite.

Cons

Very low pay for the unrealistic expectations by management. Your queue will never lower, the moment they see you've chipped away at your work they will add more to your plate. You will always feel stressed and overwhelmed and you will not stop worrying about what needs to be done Monday morning while over the weekend. Coworkers are nice, can be very friendly but management does not seem interested in forming a bond or showing any genuine interest in taking care of their employees. Apparently, they like to use "stress tests" to see if you will simply accept the fact that you cannot work OT and will be expected to complete high amounts of work by the end of your day. You will get to a point where you will come in, hit the ground running with your work and force yourself to eat something at some point, you will also feel pressured and guilty if you do not stay late and work for FREE to meet your ticket due dates. They do NOT offer OT but your workload WILL require you to work extra time, but do not expect to be paid for it. If you don't, well good luck explaining why everything wasn't done in time.
