Toxic, incredibly high turnover. Long hours no appreciation

Never did I have so much work, with such bad practices, with no overtime paid, even though most employees would stay past 7 or 8pm. The CEO has no clue how to run a business, has the worst tech practices I've ever seen, and if you're a client, do not waste your money. This is a company where the client gets sold a similar package every time. Assuring them that "it will work, trust me, I'm a growth hacker". Except that, none of the practices at BAMF are in fact, growth hacking. It's old practices, that are not adapted to your specific business or product. It's a rip off. For both clients and employees. And don't get fooled by the photos. The only person left is the CEO.
