Training somewhat chaotic. Management too busy to spend any time with new people.

The only dude who works there tried to offer me weed, he also told me about how he'd look down the shirt of the girl who worked their before me...pervert. Their HR girl (no HR experience) told me it was "tough luck" if you miss your lunch break and that I'd have to go without a lunch break for my 8 hour shift (illegal) which is an actionable offense. When I told the guy about it since he's been there for 13 years, he said it was my fault for working through the assigned lunch break time and then went to the owner, to 'tell on me' after promising to keep it between us. Him and the owner both say unbelievably rude things about thier clients and customers as soon as they're off the phone with them, calling them idiots and morons and laughing at thier financial standings or even going so far as to share personal and sensitive information about clients with others.
