Pros

Most co-workers are very pleasant and helpful. I feel sorry that they are so unappreciated and undercompensated.

Cons

Management only makes time for her personal issues/problems and barely shows up to work although it is hybrid with only two days required in office. Expected to be available after hours (on salary) with salary not commensurate with expectations. Long time employees are NOT paid for their experience and longevity. Difficult being trained by a manager who is never in the office and barely seems to take care of herself, much less her team. Lots of talk and no action. Training is abysmal/non-existent (especially with an absentee manager). I resigned due to bullying and seeing how my co-workers were treated.
