Nepotism, racism and favoritism combined with awful productivity

Pros

- Nothing gets done - Not bad amount of annual leave but people always call you during leave anyway - People leave on time or even early when in office despite work stacking up

Cons

- Nepotism. Inner circle gets all the benefits. This led to severe bootlicking, and bootlicking actually worked - Case: Severe bootlicking, treats big boss like a god, acts like big boss' maid and actually does boss' menial personal tasks. Gets promoted often - Racist - No way to enter leadership ranks if not white or in Japan/China. Just see the top ranks of BBC Worldwide. Good luck even getting an interview - The management does not bother addressing the opinions of people who think differently or have different ideas. Complaints are gaslighted and 'forgotten' after some lip service. - Performance appraisals are just for show because they already decided to sacrifice you to give bonuses to inner circle - Anyone I know who has any kind of real life potential has already left because they were abused in one way or another.
