Pros

Some very good people to work with. good number of holidays and sick days. Company also known as Haskel International.

Cons

Management is not good here, they don't care how many hours it takes to get the job done, If you fall behind you COULD lose our job (always in the back of your mind) . MICRO MANAGING. They keep someone there because they are being used as an assistant to the manager and let someone go with more experience and knowledge on the job and probably gets paid less than he assistant. TOP NOTCH STRESS. People who have been there a long time are all finger pointers and not team players. They do not believe in training well, learn on your own and as you go. Management does not give the employees a chance to learn from each other because they are too busy with what needs to be done so they don't fall behind and lose the job. While i was there i had three different mangers.

Pros

Average salary and beautiful location and offices. There was an outstanding chef cooked lunch everyday

Cons

I unfortunately learnt the bitter lesson of helping my colleague with the basics of everything, which she took the credit for, and since I didn't have a close relationship with our manager, it appeared that she was fantastic at her job where I fell behind for simply helping her with the baby steps. It's a shame since I was so young at the time I'd have spoken up about it otherwise. Also found that the way women were treated here was a little sub-par, the clothing allowance and being forced to wear heels in the offices is more than outdated in this day and age...
