      career advancement is possible but have to explore yourself with no mentor because the top management are changed too fast, process streamlining without ample notice to your peers

      Cons

      top management keep changing, and the top managment doesn't even know what to change but they keep pushing for changing that are too demanding to meet in the impossible time frame.
