      Really there are no pros!!!

      Cons

      Housing management have no ethics or morals when it comes to staff Death in service benefits and long term sickness benefit has been reduced Do not leave another job for this company, they most definately do not look after their staff, no matter what they may say. They treat their staff with contempt, there have been many negative changes since they have employed a new CEO

      Pros

      The staff are fantastic and hold this company together unfortunately this is not recognised enough by management, which is why there is a constant staff turnover.

      Cons

      Very minimal training provided, constant changes in management which impacts on the staff,. Poor pay and restructures effect morale.
