Pros
A lot of OT, was able to transfer between departments and try new things like pouring iron and robot welding
Cons
When supervisor and manager turn over is bad that say's something about the company....... Do your research and don't judge a book by its outside cover. Its not as pretty once you start as the smiles and social media posts makes it seem.

Pros
The BCI Culture is very inclusive, strong and family oriented. The #1 Priority is Safety around here and it is evident in everything the company does. Many fun events (baseball games, company picnics, lunches throughout the year, etc). Great benefits, including insurance, PTO, a 401k and onsite clinic. BCI really cares about its team members.
Cons
I can't say I've seen too many cons.
