      Good people bur company lacks structure

      People are good to work with but can be “left out the loop

      Cons

      The pay grades are not explained, people are not paid according to market value. Pay is never allowed to be discussed- unless it’s been a year - there is no indication on how your pay is likely to be at the review . People seems to be unhappy.

      Nothing to be said here, really poor experience.

      Cons

      Disorganised company, management are not supportive and do not help you develop as a professional. Management team do not offer help if you need it.
